If you ask to discuss a pilot, the form collects the workflow area, frequency, pain description, willingness-to-pay signal, name, work email, referral code, and submission time. Do not submit credentials, customer records, confidential company information, or private financial data.
The information is used only to evaluate pilot fit, reply to you, understand demand, prevent abuse, and improve this public service. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with ad networks.
The form is transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to the project owner by email. The public website does not create an analytics profile or advertising identifier. Submissions are retained for up to 180 days unless they must be retained longer for security, legal, or dispute purposes.
The public site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Browser storage is used only when running the form locally for development; public chair02.com submissions are sent to the email delivery service.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete a submission by emailing support@chair02.com from the same address used in the form. You may also use that address for privacy questions.
